Fuel
The quality and cleanliness of the fuel is an important factor in obtaining dependable performance and satisfactory engine life. Use commercial diesel fuel which should be in accordance with Standard EN590. Engine oil and oil filter change interval must be reduced by 50% if diesel fuel with a sulfur content greater than 0.5% is used. Fill the fuel tank at the end of each day's operation to prevent condensation and freezing during cold weather. IMPORTANT: The fuel tank cap is sealed and the tank is vented through a special vent. Therefore it is always necessary to replace it with an original vent. |
CAUTION:
Never fill tank when engine is running. During filling of tank, smoking is strictly prohibited!
