Header Height Automatic Control - Rigid Platforms 600 Series (CWS)
IMPORTANT:
Only for rigid platforms without rods, controlled by feeder house angle sensor.
Requirements:
· Engine running (high speed).
· Road safety switch in field position.
· Threshing and platform engaged.
· To enable header height control move switch (E) to position (II).
NOTE:
Do not adjust the header height control before the oil is heated to avoid to have differences on the header height as the oil is heated.
To activate header height automatic control, press button (C). The distance between platform and ground is adjusted by the potentiometer (A1).
Header Height Settins:
Use potentiometer (A1) to adjust desired header height.
· Turn clockwise - Increase height between platform and ground
· Turn counterclockwise - Reduce height between platform and ground
NOTE:
When header height automatic control button (C) is activated the autofloat control is deactivated.
Example:
At the end of the field, raise header by actuating switch (D). After changing direction of combine travel, lower header using switch (D) or button (C) to return to header height mode.
