Chaff Spreader (1450 CWS and 1550 CWS) - Changing from Vertical to Horizontal Position

Pull pin (A) and turn chaff spreader to horizontal position until pin drops in hole (B).

Loose nut (C) turning at least one revolution.

Put lever (D) that is placed in tool box, on chaff spreader frame pin.

Pull pin (E) and lower chaff spreader with lever (D) until pin drops in other hole.

Remove central bolt (F) from both disks (G) and remove disks.

Remove deflector sheets (H) by loosing bolts (I), (J), (L) and (M).

Invert position of disks (G) and deflector sheets (H).

Deflector sheet (N) has also an adjustment in order to change chaff flow direction. The adjustment is done by loosing bolt (O) in both sides of chaff spreader.

Invert hoses (P) and (Q) to invert chaff spreader disks rotation direction.
