- The concentrate antifreeze John Deere is a cooling antifreeze formed with special organic components.

- Developed to fulfill the requirements of current heavy duty engines.

- Provides protection against corrosion of the water pump.

- Stops cavitation and avoids freezing in winter and overheating in summer.

Characteristics:

· The use of John Deere Conditioner will be necessary if the engine has been used for a long time.

· Evaluate the amount of SCA (Supplemental Coolant Additives) anually or add SCA following the instructions given in the operator's manual, for the first time.

· The same product that engines are filled up in assembly line.

· Composition without phosphate

causym CAUTION: Never remove the radiator cover with the engine hot. Remove the ignition key to prevent accidental engine start.

1. Verify the cooling system to make sure that all connections are tighten and all components are in satisfactory conditions.
2. Inspect the thermostatic valves to make sure they are opening in the appropriate temperatures.
3. Drain the cooling system completely and fill it again with water. With the radiator cover open, start the engine for about 10 minutes.
4. Stop the engine. Drain the cooling system again. If the system still will be dirty, clean the radiator with a good quality cleaner to remove the rust, scales and sediments.
5. Previously mix in a recipient the cooling liquid TY 16034 with water of low mineral text, in the ratio of 1/2 of cooling liquid and 1/2 of water. Add the solution up to 25 mm above of the level in the radiator. The cooling liquid TY 16036 already comes diluido, being enough only to place it in the radiator.
6. Start the engine again with the radiator cover open, to mix the cooling liquid and to expel the air. Stop the engine and leave it to be cool.
7. Verify the cooling liquid level. If necessary, it needed add more solution.
