Electrical Adjustment of Straw Distributor Baffles-CWS/WTS (option)

Straw distributor deflectors (A) are adjusted by electrical motor (B) which moves the adjustable bars (C). The adjustment and control of the position is made from the operator's cab. See switch in "Electrical Adjustment of Straw Chopper Distributor" in the operator's manual.

Manual Adjustment of Baffles

Straw spreading width can be adjusted according to straw moisture or if a decrease or increase of the spreading angle to one side is required.

Adjust bars (A) by removing pin (B) as required. The adjustable bars must be aligned.

Select one of the holes depending on the spreading width required: Adjust the adjustable bars (A) outwards for a wider spread, or inwards for a narrower spread.

NOTE: Take care with the washer underneath pin (B), which must be assembled.

Operating and Transport Position

NOTE: The procedure is the same as that for the mechanical straw distributor. Always use the locking latches with the distributor in transport position and always position guard rail as shown in the figure.
