Adjusting Double Eliminator - B-Type

1. NOTE: This procedure is used on disks with one row of cells and mainly for corn crops.

   A - Acrylic Sight Glass

   B - Cable

   C - Support

   D - Lock

   E - Handle

   F - Double Eliminator

   G - Lock

   H - Unlocked

   Drive planter over a distance of approximately 50 m to fill seed meters.

2. Use acrylic sight glass (A) as reference to check seed distribution.

3. Remove cable (B) that drives seed distributor attached to support (C) unlocking lock (D).

   NOTE: It is not necessary to remove cable (B) entirely, remove as necessary to turn handle (E) without interfering.

4. Turn handle (E) manually and check if seed flow is uniform without doubles or failures.

5. With double eliminator lever (F) pointing upward in unlocked position (H), adjust double eliminator (F) as necessary by increasing or decreasing vacuum to eliminate doubles or failures.

6. After regulating double eliminator (F), set it to locked position (G).

7. Install cable (B) to support (C) and secure using lock (D).
