Cleaning CCS Tanks

IMPORTANT: Clean out any deposited seed treatment chemicals, talc or dirt from inner side of tank.

When cleaning tank for certified seeds, remove all seeds from tank using a stiff bristle brush with a 1,372 mm (4.5 ft) handle and a width of 203 mm (8 in.).

1. IMPORTANT: Before lowering machine, ensure that the doors used to clean the CCS tanks are closed, otherwise they may be damaged.

   Open cleaning door (A) at lower part of CCS tank.

2. Position a bucket or recipient under the cleaning door to catch any seeds still present in the tank.

   IMPORTANT: The bucket must have equal or bigger capacity than the quantity of remaining seeds in the thank.

3. Close cleaning door.
