IMPORTANT: The depth gauge wheel must be adjusted in relation to the disks such that the lip of the tire exercises slight pressure on the area marked by an "x" on the furrow opener disk. If the tire lip moves away from this area, plugging may occur.

  1. Remove the three bolts (A) that hold the cover in place. Remove cover.

  2. Remove axle nut.

  3. Remove gauge wheel.

  4. If necessary, add or remove adjustment washers to axle (B).
