Check Tractor Hydraulic System

IMPORTANT: Do not use the open-center hydraulic system of the tractor to operate the machine. Permanent damage may occur to the tractor pump.

Consult the tractor operator's manual to obtain complete operational instructions for the tractor.

The hydraulic systems of the vacuum blower and the CCS fan were designed to be operated with the closed-center hydraulic systems of tractors (tractors with load sensors or on-demand hydraulic pressure are classified as closed-center systems). The open-center hydraulic system of the tractor is NOT compatible with the system.

The minimum reserve pressure of the tractor necessary to operate the phase suspension circuit and the hydraulic systems of the vacuum meter pump is approximately 17,237 kPa (172 bar) (2,500 psi), depending on the configuration of the structure, planting speed and the number of rows on the machine.
