Fertilizer furrow openers with offset double-disks are mounted on direct planting planters and they deposit fertilizer at a depth of up to 120 mm (4.72 in.), depending on ground conditions.

Pressure regulation of spring (B) depends on desired planting depth and soil compaction.

Adjust nut (C) to obtain required furrow opener disk depth.

Adjustment of nut (A) permits that offset disk furrow opener copies ground irregularities or that disks stay in a fixed position. Adjust according to ground conditions.
