Cleaning Vacuum Meter Drive Shaft

NOTE: This procedure refers to vacuum seed meters with transmission by chain.

Shaft (A) may find it difficult to rotate after a certain time operating in very dusty conditions. Use a lubricating spray (John Deere Multipurpose Spray Lube, TY6350).

After use during the planting season, dismount the shaft, clean it and apply a fine layer of universal grease.
