CCS fan motor leaks.

Return hose bent, not connected or connected to wrong connector.

Place hose in operating position or connect hose correctly.

 

CCS fan motor seal leak.

Replace seal. See your John Deere dealer.

 

Return hose not on tractor's quick-couple connector.

Make sure the hose is properly connected.

CCS Fan does not rotate.

Low hydraulic oil level.

Check and place oil in reservoir if necessary.

 

CCS fan motor seal leak.

Replace seal. See your John Deere dealer.

 

Faulty CCS fan motor.

Repair or replace motor. See your John Deere dealer.

 

Faulty CCS oil flow control valve.

Repair or replace valve. See your John Deere dealer.

 

Incorrectly adjusted flow control valve.

Adjust flow control valve.

 

Return hose is not fully coupled to SCV outlet.

Check coupling.

CCS Fan vibrates.

Dirty fan blades.

Clean fan.

 

Fan blades broken, fan not balanced.

Replace fan assembly.

Premature CCS fan motor seal failure.

Return hose not coupled to tank.

Connect hose to tank.

Seed tank pressure very low.

CCS pressure gauge not zeroed.

Zero CCS pressure gauge.

 

Tractor flow control very low.

Increase valve adjustment.

 

Faulty CCS oil flow control valve.

Repair or replace valve. See your John Deere dealer.

 

Incorrectly adjusted flow control valve of machine.

Increase valve adjustment.

 

Tractor with very low pressure.

Check and repair tractor's hydraulic system. See your John Deere dealer.

 

CCS fan motor seal leak.

CCS Fan rotating in wrong direction.

Check hose and couple correctly to tractor.

 

Faulty pressure gauge.

Repair or replace gauge.

Pressure gauge not adjusted.

Damaged pressure gauge.

Replace gauge.
