Fertilizer Handling

Fertilizer must be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Avoid storage in humid places.

Most fertilizers absorb humidity quickly and provoke corrosion of metal parts during contact. This corrosion not only reduces service life of metal parts but also causes unnecessary expenses for replacing damaged parts.

Fertilizer residues clog and interfere with moving parts inside fertilizer boxes. For this reason, fertilizer boxes must be cleaned daily during planting.

CAUTION: Chemicals for agricultural use can be very dangerous. Inappropriate choice or application can cause serious health hazards. Follow instructions of fertilizer manufacturer.
