Checking Resistance Set by Scraper on Cutter Disk

  1. Manually check the rotation of the cutter disk.

  • If the cutter disk easily rotates against the resistance supplied by the scrapers, mount all other scrapers.
  • If the cutter disk does not rotate or it only rotates on the application of extreme levels of force, follow the procedure specified in the “Adjustment of Cutter Disk Scraper” section.
