Harvesting Soy and Beans With Cylinder and Tooth Concave
To harvest soy and beans with cylinder and tooth concave, we recommend the use of the concave closing plates (A) that close its back part. These plates reduce the quantity of chopped straw going through the concave and not overloading the shoes.
Also to reduce the amount of chopped straw, we recommend replacing the last comb of teeth (B) (single comb) on the concave for a grate (C).
If the product is hard to thresh due to being humid, unripe, etc, replace the single comb for a dual tooth comb (D), which will make threshing even more aggressive.
NOTE:
The grade, double comb, and closing plates are loose components that come with the combine.
IMPORTANT:
The above described is also indicated for harvesting rice, except for the closing plates.
