Reducing Straw Chopper Speed

When harvesting corn or sunflowers, rotor speed should be reduced.

1. Open left-hand side shield (A), idler pulley shield (B) and remove shield (C).

2. Release belt (E) from idler pulley (F) and pulleys (D) and (G).

3. Remove drive pulley (bigger) (G) and driven pulley (smaller) (D) and invert them, i.e., install pulley (G) in place of (D) and (D) in place of (G).

4. Reinstall belt, tension it and reinstall shields.
