Service points-Every 50 hours

IMPORTANT: Recommended service intervals are for average conditions. Service more frequently if combine is used in extreme conditions.

1. Lubrication points. One point on each bearing of drive belt idlers (located next to the engine power takeoff).

2. Clean cab air filters with hand brush furnished with the machine.

causym CAUTION: When cleaning or changing air filter, shut down engine and remove starter key.

IMPORTANT: Clean these elements whenever air flow is noticeably reduced. The recirculation filter may not require as frequent cleaning as the fresh air (main) filter.

3. Lubrication points. One point on each feeder house linkage bearing.

NOTE: Remove existing plastic shield to access bearing.

4. Retighten final drive mounting bolts.

5. Lubrication points. One point on drive pulley of tailings elevator/fan.

6. Lubrication points. One point on each drive arm of cleaning shoe.

7. Lubrication points. One point on the upper bearing and one on the lower bearing of the swing cylinder of the unloading auger.

8. Lubrication points. One point on the header drive pulley.

9. Lubrication points. One point on the feeder house linkage bearing.

10. Lubrication points. One point on bearing of drive belt idler of hydrostatic pump.

11. Lubrication points. Two points on the unloading auger U-joints and two on auger linkage.

NOTE: To access these points the grain tank must be empty. Raise the end of the shield.
