IMPORTANT:
Recommended service intervals are for average conditions. Service more frequently if combine is used in extreme conditions.
1.
Replace hydraulic system filter.
2.
Replace filter element of primary fuel filter (water separator).
3.
Lubrication points. One point on each wheel hub.
4.
Check play of final drive flanged axle bearings on all combines. Adjust, if necessary.
NOTE:
See "Adjusting Play of Final Drive Flanged Axle Bearings".

5.
Retighten front axle retaining bolts.
6.
Replace hydrostatic system filter.
7.
Change hydraulic system oil. (Only if John Deere
Hy-Gard
is not used).
8.
Change hydrostatic system oil. (Only if John Deere
Hy-Gard
is not used).
9.
Change transmission housing oil.
10.
Check the condition of the brake system. In case of any fault, see your John Deere dealer.
