Replacing Feeder House Drive Belt
1.
Loosen tension of chain (A) through idler (B).
2.
Disconnect chain (A) by removing cotter pin (B) and pin (C).
3.
Remove chain (A) from sprocket (D).

4.
Remove guides (A) and (B).
|

5.
Remove bolts (B) and guides (A).
|
|
|

6.
Make a mark (C) on the pulley and hub.
NOTE:
The mark will be used during installation to ensure balance.
CAUTION:
The pulley (A) is heavy and awkward to handle. Danger of accidents!
7.
Remove bolts (B) and pulley (A).

9.
Install all removed components following reverse procedure of removal. Observe the following points:

Install pulley (A), align marks (C) and tighten bolts (B).

After installing all components properly, carry out "Adjusting Threshing Unit Drive Belt Guide".
