Cleaning Rotary Screen, Oil Cooler, Condenser and Radiator

causym CAUTION: Shut off engine and remove starter key before cleaning rotary screen.

Unfasten latch (A) and open rotary screen door (B).

Check rotary screen daily to ensure that it turns freely, without obstructions.

Clean rotary screen with a brush and compressed air when dirt and chaff build up on or behind the screen.

Remove oil cooler and condenser (A).

Clean oil cooler, condenser and radiator.

To clean with compressed air, blow from inside outwards.

Clean dirt from lower vacuum ducts (B) and (C).

IMPORTANT: When using high pressure air or water, be careful not to damage cooler fins. Use a fin comb to straighten bent fins. Bent fins will decrease cooler performance.
