Adjusting Concave-to-Cylinder Clearance
Adjust minimum clearance between concave and cylinder pulling up lever (A) completely.
Use threaded rod (B) to adjust rear part of concave and rod (C) to adjust front part of concave.
Rear clearance:

RASP BAR CYLINDER
Allow 4-5 mm (0.16-0.2 in.) of clearance between the highest cylinder bar (the one that projects the most) and the third concave bar from the rear.

SPIKE TOOTH CYLINDER:
Allow for a clearance of 8-10 mm (0.3-0.39 in.).
Front clearance:

RASP BAR CYLINDER
Allow 7-8 mm (0.27-0.31 in.) of play between the highest cylinder bar (the one that projects the most) and the second concave bar from the front.

SPIKE TOOTH CYLINDER:
Allow for a clearance of 11-13 mm (0.43-0.5 in.).
IMPORTANT:
Carry out adjustment on both sides of combine.
NOTE:
This adjustment should always be done when changing concave.
NOTE:
