Fastening Steel Track

1. In order to lift the steel track with aid of a tractor, attach support (A) with screw (B) to point (C), and supports (D) with their respective screws in positions shown. Then couple the tractor's lifting system to existing points.

2. Considering turning direction, approximate steel track to final drive, propping up drive wheel (E).

3. Position support axle (G) correctly on combine front axle by attaching it with twelve bolts (H) to following torque:

Specification

Steel track support axle bolts -Torque 240 N·m (175 lb-ft)

4. Then attach steel track drive wheel to bolts and tighten to following torque:

Specification

Drive wheel bolts -Torque 420 N·m (305 lb.ft)

5. Remove supports (previously positioned) from steel track lifting points and support (F).

6. Repeat Combine wheel removal and steel track fastening procedure on other side of machine. Lower Combine front axle to the ground.
