Retracting Cylinders

While moving lever (A) forward slightly and holding it against spring tension, cylinder (B) of implement (down arrow) connected to SCV (Selective Control Valve) no. 1 retracts and, in the majority of cases, the implement lowers. Lever returns to neutral position when released.
