Clean air compressor filter (D) whenever necessary. Remove every dust surrounding air filter.


Draining the Water from Compressed Air Reservoir

Drain water from compressed air reservoir daily releasing plug (A).

IMPORTANT: Accumulation of water into compressed air reservoir causes corrosion and deterioration of it.

Water on certain temperature and pressure conditions expands and may explode reservoir.

If necessary to perform any repair on compressed air reservoir as well as in other component of the system, empty compressed air reservoir pulling the unloading valve.


Changing the air compressor oil:

1° Change: The first change of the oil must be performed at 8 hours of compressor working.

2° Change: The second change of the oil must be performed at 40 hours of compressor working after the first 8 hours.

Other changes: After the first and second changes the oil must be changed at 200 hours of compressor working or 1 year (what occur firstly).

To change the air compressor oil follow the steps bellow.

  1. Remove drain plug (A) and drain oil into a suitable container.

  2. Reinstall drain plug and add 520ml of Lubeschulz oil (SAE 30/ ISO100) through filler neck (B).

    NOTE: It's possible to check the oil level on sight gauge (C).
