A - Lock Nut

B - Cap Screw

C - Spreader Disc Assembly

Disc assemblies weigh approximately 13 kg (29 lb).

IMPORTANT: Disc assemblies are left-handed and right-handed. In order to assure correct installation, mark disc assemblies before removing.

Remove lock nut (A) and cap screw (B) to remove spreader discs assembly (C). Repeat on opposite side.

When replacing worn or damaged blades, make sure to replace blades on opposite sides of disc at the same time. This is important to maintain disc rotational balance.

Blades are oriented in alternating hole patterns to obtain an optimum material spread. Be sure to put replacement blades back in same set of holes as previously removed.

Install replacement blades as needed and tighten hardware to specification.
