Machine Performance Check

NOTE: In most cases the machine performance check will help you determine where the losses are and what adjustments can be made to correct the condition.

1. Set up and adjust machine as described in the operator's manual or settings card for the desired crop.

2. Residue equipment must be in the raised position.

3. Operate the machine at an acceptable ground speed filling separator with crop.

4. Monitor loss levels, if any, on VisionTrak Performance Monitor and determine where losses are highest (separator versus cleaning shoe area).

5. Stop and check losses behind machine:

   If losses are acceptable, lower residue equipment, continue to harvest and calibrate VisionTrak Performance Monitor.

   If losses are not acceptable, make adjustments according to area that has the greater amount of loss shown on the VisionTrak Performance Monitor. Refer to settings card and check machine for correct settings (return to step 4).
