Harvest Smart Feed Rate Limp and Emergency Modes

Limp Mode

To get machine to move or move machine out of way, use the following LIMP mode.

Press main menu switch and rotate selection dial until message center icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until diagnostic address icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until device (controller) drop menu is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until VCM controller is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until address 103 is highlighted and press confirm switch.

First digit will begin to flash.

Rotate selection dial until first digit is changed to a one and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until save icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

NOTE: ALLOWS MACHINE TO OPERATE UP TO FOUR HOURS. NOT TO BE USED FOR NORMAL OPERATION. Call your John Deere dealer to have machine inspected immediately.

Emergency Mode

To get machine to move or move machine out of way, use the following EMERGENCY mode.

Press main menu switch and rotate selection dial until message center icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until diagnostic address icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until device (controller) drop menu is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until VCM controller is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until address 102 is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Rotate selection dial until save icon is highlighted and press confirm switch.

Once confirm switch is pressed, machine can be temporally moved.

NOTE: MOVES MACHINE FOR 30 SECONDS. NOT TO BE USED FOR NORMAL OPERATION. Call your John Deere dealer to have machine inspected immediately.
