Round Bar Concave Cover Plates (Attachment)

IMPORTANT: Separator should not be engaged with round bar concave covers installed when concave clearance is less than 10 mm (3/8 in.). Round bar concave covers should not be installed during leveling of concave.

A - Round Bar Concave Cover Plates

Round bar concave cover plates (A) can be installed starting on right-hand side of concave to assist in evening crop mat distribution to cleaning shoe. Covers in middle concave are beneficial when operating in situations with high tailings volumes.
