Grain Recovery Process

Clean Grain

Grain passing through the grain screen falls on the grain collector (B).

From there it is carried to the lower grain auger (C) which transports it via the grain elevator (E) to the grain tank (H).

Rethreshing

Unthreshed pod, head or ear tips passing via the chaffer extension and carried beyond the end of the grain screen fall on the tailings collector (A). From there they slide to the lower tailings auger (D).

This material is then carried by the tailings elevator (E) to the front of the threshing cylinder (I) where an auger uniformly distributes it in the separator to be threshed.
