Adjusting Clean Grain Elevator Conveyor Chain Tension

1. Loosen chain tension through idler (A).

2. Loosen nuts (B).

3. Loosen nuts (C).

4. Adjust conveyor chain tension through adjustment screws (D).

NOTE: Adjust maintaining the same distance (X) on both sides of elevator.

5. Retighten nuts (B)and (C).

6. Adjust tension of upper auger drive chain of grain tank. See "Adjusting Grain Tank Upper Auger Drive Chain".
