The machine is equipped with electronic components whose function may be influenced by electromagnetic radiation produced by other appliances. This may be hazardous and it may cause the malfunction of installed equipment. We therefore recommend that the following safety instructions are complied with:
If electrical and electronic appliances are subsequently installed on the machine and connected to the onboard system, the user must verify whether the installation affects the electronics or other components. This applies particularly to the following:
·Area counter
·Personal Computer
·GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver
In particular, subsequently installed electrical/electronic components must comply with the relevant edition of

EMC Directive 89/336/EEC, and be CE marked. In the event of the installation of mobile communications equipment (e.g.: radio-transmitter, telephone, etc.) these must additionally comply with the following requirements:
- The device shall be installed securely.
- Portable or mobile devices may be operated in the vehicle only if connected to a fixed outside antenna.
- Transmitters shall be installed separately from the vehicle's electronics.
- The antenna must be installed in a professional manner, with a good ground connection between the antenna and the vehicle ground.
Wiring, installation and maximum permissible current supply must be in accordance with those stated in the installation instructions of the machine's manufacturer.
