Threshing Cylinder Rasp Bars

Threshing cylinder is equipped with rasp bars with teeth alternately directed to the right and left. If a cylinder bar needs to be changed the opposite bar will also have to be changed in order to avoid unbalancing the cylinder.

Remove attching bolts to remove bars.

Tighten the bar attaching bolts to 78 Nm (57 lb-ft).

IMPORTANT: After changing bars retighten the mounting bolts after the first five hours of operation and before harvesting.
