| Prepare Header for Calibration |
Hook up header to combine and ensure header harness is connected to main combine harness. Check that header height sensors are in working condition. Make sure machine is on a level surface. |

Press the "fan" key on Infotrak until "HCU" is displayed. Display should indicate: 0000 HCU |

| 3 - Enter header calibration mode |
Press the up/down key on INFO-TRAK monitor until obtaining address 30. Display should indicate: 0030 HCU Press fan speed key on INFO-TRAK monitor to access header calibration mode 30 Display should indicate: 0030 Hdr |
OK: GO TO Step 4 NOT OK: Check INFO-TRAK Monitor |
| 4 - Calibrate height system and return-to-cut. Define sensor minimum settings |
Lower header until it rests fully on ground by "raise/lower" switch on multi-function lever handle. Left- and right-hand sides of header should contact ground at the same time as the header is lowered. Press "Fan Speed" button on INFO-TRAK monitor. Display should indicate: 0030 H - d Press return to cut knob on multi-function control handle. Display should indicate: 0030 H - U |
OK: GO TO Step 5 NOT OK: Header does not rise or lower, check hydraulic system. NOT OK: Display does not change to "H-U", make sure "raise/lower" switch is off. | 6 - Store header calibration data. |
Press "Fan Speed" knob on INFO-TRAK monitor to store all calibration values. If no errors occurred during calibration, the following will be displayed: EOC E00 END If any errors occurred during calibration, previous calibration values are kept and display reads: EOC Err END |
OK: Calibration is done. GO TO Step 7 NOT OK: See your nearest dealership |
7 - Reset to normal operation. |
Turn starter key to position "0" to return automatic control system to normal operation at next machine start-up. |
