Straw Chopper Deflector Sheet

With deflector sheet (A) in position I, the straw falls on the ground and is not chopped.

IMPORTANT: With deflector sheet (A) in position I, the straw chopper is not engaged.

With deflector sheet (A) in position II, the straw from the straw walkers passes into the straw chopper and is chopped.

IMPORTANT: With deflector sheet (A) in position II, the straw chopper is engaged through a valve via hydraulic circuit.

Swinging deflector sheet from one position to the other is done by means of lever shown in figure.
