IMPORTANT:
Recommended service intervals are for average conditions. Service more often if combine is operated in extreme conditions.
1.
Replace filter element of primary fuel filter (water separator).
2.
Retighten front axle attaching bolts.
a.
Tighten bolts (D) to 95 N·m (70 lb-ft).
b.
Tighten bolts (E) to 300 N·m (221 lb-ft).
c.
Tighten bolts (F) to 240 N·m (177 lb-ft).
3.
Check the condition of the brake system. In case of any fault, see your John Deere dealer.

4.
Change transmission housing oil. See "Changing Transmission Housing Oil".
5.
Lubrication points. One point on each wheel hub.
6.
Check play of final drive flanged axle bearings on all combines. Adjust, if necessary.

7.
Replace hydrostatic system oil filter.
