Adjusting Straw Chopper Counterknives

IMPORTANT: Counterknives should only be moved inwards as far as absolutely necessary to prevent wasting engine power.

Positions of counterknives Utilization in accordance with straw type
Shallow angle Dry straw
Slightly angled Wet straw and weeds
Fully angled Rape and crop straw in general

 

To adjust the counterknives (A), loosen bolts (B) on both sides.
