Using a Booster Battery
IMPORTANT:
If this is necessary, do not directly connect the booster battery cables (C) to the terminals of the weak battery (B). This may damage the batteries or even cause an explosion.
Use cables terminated in "crocodile" clips, and with sufficient current carrying capacity.
Procedure
1.
Connect one cable between the (+) terminals (D and E) of the batteries (B and C).
2.
Connect the other cable to the (-) terminal of the booster battery (C) and attach the other end to a ground connection (F) e.g.: engine housing, chassis.
3.
Start up engine.
