Removing Cylinder Variable Speed Drive Belt on Combines with Reduction Gear

Rotate half pulley (A) until hole (B) of reduction gear is aligned with threaded hole (C) of outer half pulley.

Remove nuts (D), (E) and support (F).

There are three M12 x 150 bolts (G) with nuts and washers in the tool box. Fully insert these bolts into the threaded bores in the outer half pulley (A) of the cylinder shaft. Evenly tighten three nuts (H) to fully separate the two halves.
NOTE:
Before removing the belt, check it is fully seated at the bottom of the cylinder shaft pulley wheel rim.

Pull the belt with your hand over the outer half pulley wheel of the beater shaft pulley (do not force the belt).

Pull the belt off over the cylinder shaft pulley.
6.
To install a new belt, follow this procedure in reverse order.
IMPORTANT:
After changing the belt, remove the three bolts and store them in the tool box.
