Replacing Primary Fuel Filter

causym CAUTION: Always remove ignition key before performing maintenance work on primary fuel filter. Avoid fire hazards!

1. Close fuel shut-off valve (A) (OFF position).

2. Remove drain hose (B).

3. Turn locking ring (C) and remove primary filter (D).

4. Clean or replace as required.

5. Install parts following reverse procedure.

NOTE: Make sure you open fuel shut-off valve (ON position).

6. Bleed fuel system. See "Bleeding the Fuel System" for more information.
