Remove and Install Track Shoes

   A - Cap Screws (4 used)

   Lubricate the threads of cap screws (A).

2. IMPORTANT: Apply anti-seize to threads of cap screws before installing.

   Install cap screws, shoe, and nuts on the chain link.

   NOTE: Rounded side of nuts are pointed away from shoe.

3. Tighten cap screws to initial torque specification using a crisscross sequence. Repeat sequence for additional turn.

   NOTE: The initial torque draws the parts together tightly, and an additional 1/3 turn (120°) stretches the cap screw for good retention. Stretching stresses the cap screw until some permanent deformation occurs.
