A - Crop Divider Scrolls (2 used)
B - Mounting Hole (Upper Lift Arm)
C - Mounting Hole (Lower Lift Arm)
Crop divider is heavy. Approximate weight of crop divider
is 499 kg (1100 lb.). Use appropriate lifting device to support and
position divider. Verify that weight is balanced before lifting fully.
IMPORTANT: If machine is equipped with floating crop dividers
and crop divider height is changed, sensor linkage must be adjusted.
See Calibrate System in Floating Crop Divider and Contour Base Cutter
Height Control (If Equipped) section.
Attach sling to crop divider scrolls (A).

Remove and retain cap screw, washer, and nut from crop divider
and upper lift arms. Repeat for lower lift arms.

Use appropriate lifting device to raise or lower crop divider
to desired position.
NOTE: Upper mounting holes are for high row profiles, if applicable.
The middle set of holes is for in the middle cultivation practices.
This position covers most conditions.
The lower set of holes is for flat or low row.
Mount crop dividers on matching holes for right-hand and left-hand
sides.

Install previously removed cap screw, washer, and nut to upper
mounting hole (B) crop divider.

Install previously removed cap screw, washer, and nut to lower
mounting hole (C) crop divider.

Repeat on remaining crop divider.

Calibrate “Left Crop Divider Position” and “Right
Crop Divider Position”. See Calibration Procedures section.
