Base cutter pressure target range automatically adjusts base cutter height if pressure goes too high. The system automatically returns base cutter height to the target when the base cutter pressure lowers.

Select base cutter target pressure capture softkey (A) while cutting manually at desired base cutter pressure (B).

Select base cutter pressure graph (C) to open range setup popup screen.

Select the increase or decrease softkeys (D) to adjust the base cutter pressure target manually.

Select plus (+) or minus (-) softkeys to set range at pressure above the set point the operator feels the machine is digging and needs to raise.

Setting the range to a higher number makes it less reactive to base cutter pressure increases. Setting the range to a lower number makes it more reactive to base cutter pressure increases.
