Grain Tank Cover Installation

A - Adjusting Plate

B - Bolt

C - Rod

D - Nut

1. Install adjusting plate (A) to Grain Tank extension frame.

2. Position rod (C) and attach through bolt (B) and nut (D) to adjusting plate (A).

3. Perform this procedure for all rods.

   B - Rod

   C - Left-Hand Support Rod

   D - Pins and Cotter Pins

   Fit 4 rods (B) on Center Support (A).

5. Install Left-Hand Support Rod (C).

6. Fit in Pins and Cotter Pins (D). To make sure attachment of center support is perfect, it is necessary to install 2 pins (D) at each Rod (B).

7. Check alignment of center support (A); if necessary regulate by changing position of pins (D) and of Left-Hand Side Support Rod (C).

   B - Plastic clips

   Fit 4 support rods (A) into center support;

9. Secure support rod crossing using plastic clips (B).

    B - Attaching Strap

    C - Strap Brackets

    Place cover (A) over pre-mounted frame.

11. Check if cover center is aligned with center support. After this check, secure atttaching straps (B) in strap brackets (C).
