Adjusting Initial Length of Hydraulic Lift Cylinder (If Equipped)

IMPORTANT: If the hydraulic lift cylinder has been removed, the initial length of cylinder must be adjusted before installing the cylinder.

1. Extend cylinder fully.

2. Install cylinder stop, jam nut, and end block onto cylinder rod.

NOTE: Distance (A) is measured from center of cylinder base end hole to center of end block hole.

3. Turn cylinder rod into end block until distance (A) is within specifications.

Specification

Center of Hole in Base End of Cylinder-to-Center Hole in End Block -Distance 606 mm (23-7/8 in.)

4. Install cylinder on baler.
