Install Gauge Wheel Arm Assembly (MegaWide Pickup)

1. Remove gauge wheel arm assemblies (A) from shipping pallet.

2. Remove two 3/8 in. nuts and end cap (D).

3. Remove top M12 x 60 cap screw (C). Loosen lower M12 x 60 cap screw (C).

4. Install two straps (B), one shim, and gauge wheel arm assembly (A) with two M12 x 60 cap screws (C).

5. Install end cap (D) with two 3/8 in. nuts. Tighten to specifications.

Specification

End Cap Nuts -Torque 27.5 N·m (20 lb-ft)

6. Repeat on opposite side.

7. Adjust gauge wheels. (See ADJUST GAUGE WHEELS in Operating the Baler section.)
