Installing BALEWATCH™ Monitor on 7000/7010 Series Open-Station Tractor

B-U-Bolts
C-Monitor
D-Monitor Strap (Optional)
E-Wiring Harness
F-Tie Bands

1. Install bracket (A) over tractor hood. Fasten with two U-bolts (B), four washers, and four nuts.

2. Install monitor (C) on bracket in convenient location. Fasten with knob and round-head bolt.

• If equipped with optional strap (Order strap from Service Parts):

  a. Install monitor strap (D) to bracket (A). Fasten with cap screw, washer, and flange nut.
  b. Install monitor on monitor strap. Fasten with knob and round-head cap screw.
  

3. Route wiring harness (E) as follows:

• Tractor WITHOUT Optional Right-Hand Step;

  a. Route wiring harness along bracket, railing, and around control console.
  b. Plug BALEWATCH™ harness power plug into tractor convenience outlet.
  c. Route baler plug to rear of tractor.
  d. Fasten wiring harness to railing and bracket with tie bands (F) (tie bands not provided).
  

Optional Monitor Strap Illustrated

• Tractor WITH Optional Right-Hand Step;

  a. Route wiring harness down hood and under platform.
  b. Fasten harness to U-bolt with tie band.
  c. Fasten harness under platform with tie bands (A) (tie bands not provided).
  d. Route harness around control console. Plug BALEWATCH™ harness power plug into tractor convenience outlet or, if equipped, to electric twine controller harness.
  e. Route baler plug to rear of tractor.

1. Install bracket (A) on railing (B). Fasten with two U-bolts (C), four washers, and four nuts.

2. Install monitor (D) on bracket. Fasten with knob and round-head cap screw.

3. Route wiring harness (E) around bracket and control console.

4. Plug BALEWATCH™ harness power plug into tractor convenience outlet.

5. Route baler plug to rear of tractor.
