Selecting Tractor PTO Speed
IMPORTANT:
Never operate a mower equipped for 540 rpm PTO drive with a tractor equipped with 1000 rpm PTO.
Always run tractor at rated PTO speed. Overspeed will cause damage to drive system.
Tractor must be equipped with a 540 rpm PTO shaft and have a minimum output of:

265 Mower-31 kW (42 hp)

275 Mower-37 kW (50 hp)

285 Mower-41 kW (55 hp)
Refer to your tractor Operator's manual to change PTO stub shaft, if necessary.
