Pump not delivering lubricant, or handle will not depress to complete a full stroke
Clogged bearings.
Remove and clean bearing thoroughly.
Clogged line.
Disconnect line and force lubricant through line using multiluber. (See Checking Multi-Luber in Service section.)
Broken Line
See Broken Oil Lines in Service section.
Lubricant too thick.
Use only a lubricant approved for the multiluber. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
