Broken Oil Lines

Whenever an oil line has been damaged or broken, the plunger action will speed up as it passes the outlet port having a broken or punctured oil line.

1. Determine the location of the break in the oil line (A).

NOTE: Compression nuts (B) can be used only once.

2. Cut broken ends of oil lines square and insert them into compression nuts (B) and union (C) as shown.
3. tighten nuts firmly.
