Positioning Tongue Manually

CAUTION: Check local governmental regulations regarding driving or towing equipment on public roads. Use auxiliary lights and devices available from your John Deere dealer to warn other vehicle operators.

1. Put a block in front of right-hand wheel.

2. Remove pin (A).

3. Move tongue to right and fasten using pin (A).

4. Raise pickup to highest position to prevent damage to pickup.

5. Raise bale chute at rear of bale case to reduce wear on friction washers.
